This policy explains what information SimpliFly collects through simplifly.us, how we use it, and the choices you have. SimpliFly is a trade name of Drone Link LLC (“SimpliFly,” “we,” or “us”). If you have a question, email us at info@simplifly.us or call (213) 376-6399.

This policy covers this website only. Aerial imagery and data we capture for client projects are governed by the agreement for that project.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the services you’re interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we have whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and when you viewed them. Our hosting and security provider processes this so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you ask for.
To keep the website secure and working, including filtering spam and automated form submissions.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate visit counts without setting cookies on your device. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for security and bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a real person is submitting it.

We share information only with the service providers that run our website and email, and only so they can do that work for us:

Cloudflare: website hosting, security, bot protection, and analytics.
SMTP2GO: sends contact form submissions to our inbox.
Google Workspace: our business email, where form submissions and messages are received.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Embedded content and links

Some pages include content from other services, such as an interactive 3D model hosted by Luma AI. That content loads only when you choose to open it, and the provider’s own privacy policy applies to it. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ policies.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related email for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@simplifly.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We’ll honor those requests as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections across the whole site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
